It's fine but you have to modify some things if there is no problem, but since it is like this it is to your liking and it is very impressive that you already have your Oc like this because I don't even know how my Oc is doing

It's not bad, you should add some more colors or details. Another thing is that it kinda bothers me the shoes and the hat aren't the same shade of gray but you don't have to change it
